Take your bed to the tip and buy a new one. Then disinfect the furniture around the room and gets your carpets cleaned. Just like head lice you need to treat everything that they may have been in contact with. Don’t buy 2nd hand furniture that could house bedbugs, such as fabric items like beds, lounges and upholstered chairs.
